  • Added "A Critique of the Divine Command Theory of Ethics" (1997) [&nsp;72K ] (Off Site) by Michael S. Valle to the Moral Argument and Divine Command Theory section of the Modern Library
    Valle considers the attempts of various theistic philosophers, including Baruch Brody, Robert Merrihew Adams, and Richard Swinburne, to rescue the Divine Command Theory. Valle concludes that all of those attempts fail.
